Les demandes d'intervention ou de travaux en atelier sont soumises à l'acceptation du service technique en fonction de son planning et de la faisabilité de la prestation.
Ainsi les demandes d'intervention ou de travaux en atelier sont considérées comme contractuelles, dès que le service technique a confirmé leur prise en charge, et qu'une caution (non encaissée) ou un acompte estimé suivant les travaux a effectuer a été versé.

Requests for intervention or workshop work are subject to acceptance by the technical service according to its planning and the feasibility of the service.
This requests for intervention or workshop work are considered contractual, as soon as the technical service has confirmed their coverage, and a deposit estimated on the basis of the work carried out has been paid.
